SŌVA Circle is our complimentary rewards programme for customers who choose to create and use a SŌVA customer account.
How it works
- Join. Sign in to your SŌVA account using your email address.
- Earn. Receive 1 SŌVA Point for every whole S$1 of eligible spend.
- Redeem. Use every 100 SŌVA Points for S$1 off a future order.
Earning points
Points are calculated on the product subtotal after discounts, excluding shipping, taxes, duties, fees and gift cards. Points are issued when payment is confirmed. Cancelled, returned or refunded purchases may have their points reversed.
Using points
Redeem points in increments of 100, from 100 to 2,000 points per order. That is S$1 to S$20 off. Reward discounts are intended for future purchases and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Membership and marketing
A customer account is required to participate. Marketing communications are optional and are not required to earn or redeem points. You can change your marketing preferences or unsubscribe at any time without losing your membership or accumulated points.
