Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the SŌVA website and purchases from SOVA COLLECTIVE PTE. LTD. (“SŌVA”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies referenced on the website.

1. Store and eligibility

You must provide accurate, current and complete information when placing an order. If you are below the age of legal capacity where you live, you may use the store only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Product information

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Screen settings, natural material variation, manufacturing tolerances and photography can affect perceived colour or appearance. Product specifications, ingredients, directions and safety information on the final product page and label form part of the product information and should be reviewed before use.

3. Orders and availability

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not require us to accept or fulfil it. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, information is incorrect, payment is not authorised, fraud is suspected, or a pricing or description error is material. If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, the relevant amount will be refunded.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the store. Applicable delivery charges and taxes, where charged separately, are displayed before payment. Promotions are subject to their stated terms and cannot be combined unless expressly permitted.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Returns Policy form part of these terms. Delivery timelines are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

6. Safe and appropriate use

Use products only for their stated purpose and follow all label, care and device instructions. Keep concentrated oils and fragrance products away from children, pets, eyes, flames, heat and surfaces that may be affected. Stop use if a product or device appears damaged or causes an unexpected reaction, and seek appropriate advice where necessary.

7. Website use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content unlawfully, impersonate another person, or use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

8. Intellectual property

The SŌVA name, website design, copy, photographs, graphics and other content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes only unless we give written permission otherwise.

9. Third-party services

The store is powered by Shopify and may use payment, delivery, analytics or other third-party services. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party websites that we do not control.

10. Disclaimers and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, guarantees, remedies or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, or for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control.

11. Changes

We may update the website, products, policies or these terms from time to time. The version published when you place an order generally applies to that order, unless a change is required by law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer right to bring a claim in another competent forum.
